Voice sounds are made into microphones on his fingertips.

A speaker is attached to his chest. When he points his finger mics into the speaker, it makes controllable feedback sounds.

There is a speaker on his back, also used for feedback sounds.The feedback is further controlled by a pitch-shifter attached to his palm.
